Submission and underwriting information about your organization's AI workflows, permissions and controls. Claim information where a claim is reported. Telemetry and your systems
Where cover is bound, our connection to an insured's environment is a read-only telemetry hook. The action record stays in the insured's environment. Adjudication reads the action record — what was permitted and what executed. It does not read prompt content, model reasoning or customer data.
